Since 1983, Desert Document Services, Inc. has been responsible for major innovations in the field of document software technology and delivery for accurate and timely documents nationwide, meeting the needs of a variety of customers.
2003
DesertDocs celebrated its 20-year anniversary in 2003. The year was marked by technological advancements in developing SMART docs following the guidelines of MISMO (Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization). The launch of SMART PakSM and the SMART LibrarySM is expected in the first quarter of 2004. The year also saw an expansion of services including partnerships with The Turning Point, BCE Emergis, Provantedge, Avista Solutions, RamQuest, AppIntell, Nationwide Flood, and ABC Virtual. These partnerships enable DesertDocs customers to use integrated solutions and order additional services through the BrokerDocs and DesertDocs Web software applications, eliminating the need for redundant data entry or using multiple websites and software applications.
2002
With BrokerDocs and DesertDocs Web well established as the first complete ASP document solutions, DesertDocs focused on improving the user experience by adding additional features and functions. The seasoned technologies experienced dynamic acceptance within the industry.
2001
2001 was a very active year in the development of new technologies and services for Desert Document's customers. DesertDocs Integratable ASP was introduced at the MBA Annual Convention in Toronto. Targeted to IT Departments and Technology Providers, DesertDocs Integratable ASP addressed the need for automated solutions without the development and maintenance costs associated with in-house design. The company also announced the launch of DesertDocs Web. For those companies that want a Web solution, but still require customization of documents, this site is a "best fit" and offers more flexibility to the already popular BrokerDocs.
