The company has implemented DesertDocs' BrokerDocs solution as its preferred mortgage document solution provider to complete loan documents faster and more effectively.

DesertDocs offers two ASP Web sites, BrokerDocs and DesertDocsWeb. The BrokerDocs' Web site was designed for the broker, correspondent or wholesaler drawing docs for their brokers who need Web mortgage documents, data interfaces and secure WebPost delivery. Users access the software anywhere they have an Internet connection; therefore, there is no software to install or maintain.

Additionally, documents posted to the secure site can be retrieved for pre-close and post-close audits multiple times at no additional charge.
