Interfaces:

Interfaces to Calyx Point, Contour, Datatrac and MortgageWare are Windows compatible programs that pull the loan information from the LOS and securely post it to the BrokerDocs and DesertDocs Web databases to provide a simple and effective experience for its users. The Genesis interface posts the loan information from the ePass site directly to BrokerDocs input screens. An XML interface is also available for interfacing with other LOS solutions.

BrokerDocs and DesertDocs Web:

Running on secure Apache servers, the BrokerDocs and DesertDocs Web secure Web sites are built using PHP scripts and relational databases to enable mortgage lenders and their originators to manage, deliver, and service compliant mortgage documents. DesertDocs Web sites are available 24 hours, 7 days a week, nationwide.

DocEngine:

Using DesertDocs business rules technology and an XML interface, designed to meet the demand for speed and simplicity, DesertDocs' DocEngine runs on standard-configured redundant servers to balance server loads, optimizing performance and output capacity. Additional servers are added as required to maximize speed and capacity.
