- Tell us about your company-lending channel.
- Download and fill out the Company Profile Form and Contract, then fax it to us at 800-829-1219.
- Next, download the Team Worksheet, fill it out and fax it to us. Our Team will input the information. Docs will be posted to our secure Web site for download by your intended recipient.
- If you don't have access to the Web, call us and we will fax you the Company Profile, Team Contract and Team Worksheet forms.
